Acceptance

Use RDCalc responsibly

By using RDCalc, users agree to use it responsibly, follow the no-PHI expectation, and review outputs before relying on them in any professional workflow.

No PHI

Use fake or de-identified examples

Do not enter PHI or patient identifiers. During review, use fake or de-identified examples only, including in calculator inputs and feedback notes.

Calculation and documentation aid

RDCalc is intended for qualified healthcare professionals and reviewers. Users are responsible for reviewing calculations, documentation, and local requirements before use.

Acceptable use

Use the review app respectfully

The internal-review app is intended for close product and workflow review, not scraping, disruption, repackaging, or unauthorized access attempts.

  • Do not misuse, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, repackage, or attempt unauthorized access to RDCalc.
  • Do not submit PHI or patient identifiers.
  • Do not use RDCalc in a way that violates law, institutional policy, or professional obligations.

Account responsibility

Keep account access appropriate

If account features are used, users remain responsible for account accuracy and access practices.

  • Users should not share account access except as allowed by RDCalc’s account or subscription terms.

RDCalc billing features may continue to evolve during review. Do not rely on checkout or subscription details without reviewing the current payment flow.

Ownership and feedback

RDCalc project materials

The RDCalc project owns the product interface and workflows unless otherwise noted. Feedback helps improve the product during review.

  • RDCalc content, interface, calculator workflows, and project materials are owned by the RDCalc project unless otherwise noted.
  • Users may not copy, reverse engineer, or repackage RDCalc as a competing product.
  • Feedback may be used to improve RDCalc, including calculator workflows, wording, UI, documentation, and beta-readiness decisions.

Availability and changes

Review-stage features may change

RDCalc may change, pause, lock, or remove features during review. Some calculators or features may be Pro-gated or under review. RDCalc is provided as a review-stage tool and may contain errors, omissions, unavailable features, or changing workflows. Users are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.
