Growth data sources and licenses

Download the reference numbers used in pediatric growth assessment, their original sources, and the applicable license.

WHO Child Growth Standards

Copyright holder: World Health Organization, as identified in the WHO anthro source repository (opens in a new tab). RDCalc adapted the numerical tables on September 21, 2026 by selecting calculation columns and the age range shown below, then converting them to JSON without rounding coefficients.

The reference-data adaptation is available under GNU GPL version 3. You may copy, modify, and redistribute this material under that license, including for commercial use. It is provided without warranty as described in the license. WHO has not endorsed RDCalc.

All downloads are available without an account or subscription. RDCalc’s service terms do not restrict rights granted by the data license.

CDC growth reference

Assessments from age 2 to less than 20 use CDC 2000 weight and stature data, with CDC 2022 extended BMI data above the 95th percentile. CDC attribution identifies the source and does not imply endorsement.
